We have a lab session every week with designers, writers and researchers where we think about new ways to collect user insights. These insights then help us to decide what and how to design
Some of the ways we use to discover how people use products is having a conversation with them about their experiences from using the products. We drive the conversations with questions and tasks such as:
Study participants organize topics into groups that make the most sense to them and create labels for these groups.
Participants try to complete a task with a product while we observe.
By conducting research surveys, we can track the improvement of a product throughout its development and lifecycle.
Interviews conducted face to face (either online or in person)
This tests two versions of a product against each other to see which the target audience prefers.
